Three ways to buy creatine. Only one is the proven form, tested, at ₹10 a serving.
Here's how Myogenetix® Creatine Monohydrate measures against the two things most lifters buy — an untested budget monohydrate, or one of the expensive "advanced" creatines.
- Right molecule, unknown source
- Gritty, settles, bloats
- Never tested, never verified

- Loading or maintenance — label gives both
- In water or a carbohydrate drink
- Verified, HPLC & FTIR tested
- Marketing ahead of the research
- Ethyl ester degrades to creatinine
- You pay for the word "advanced"

The shortest label in the range. Red bars mark the strength mechanism; navy marks form and verification.
Creatine monohydrate
The most studied sports supplement in existence: saturates muscle phosphocreatine so ATP regenerates faster between reps — more reps at a given load, more load over time.
Why monohydrate, not HCl or buffered
No data convincingly shows any newer form works better than the original monohydrate in micronised form. It's the form the hundreds of trials used — and the cheapest per effective dose.
Why micronised
Finer particles dissolve rather than settle — no grit in the glass and less of the stomach discomfort coarse creatine causes.
Why tested
Cheap creatine can carry creatinine, dicyandiamide and dihydrotriazine from sloppy synthesis. HPLC and FTIR testing verifies the 3,000 mg is creatine monohydrate and nothing else.
Cell volumisation
Creatine pulls water into muscle cells; the swelling is itself a signal for protein synthesis — the "full" look from week one.
What's not in it
No flavour, sweetener, filler, stimulant or hormone — and no ATP, HCl or "buffer". One active, 3,000 mg, and a scoop.
| Amount per serving | % Daily Value* |
|---|---|
| Micronised Creatine Monohydrate | 3,000 mg ** |
* % Daily Values are based on a 2,000-calorie diet. ** Daily Value not established.
Other ingredients: none.
Directions for use: As a dietary supplement, for the first 3 days (loading phase): mix 1 scoop with 240 ml (8 oz) of water and consume 4 times daily. After day 3 (maintenance phase): mix 1 scoop with 240 ml (8 oz) of water 1 to 2 times daily. For more impressive results, replace water with a carbohydrate beverage or sports drink.
Tips: Drink at least 8 glasses of water daily when supplementing with creatine. Consuming simple carbohydrates with creatine immediately post-workout may help improve overall effectiveness.
Warnings: Keep out of reach of children. For healthy adults 18 or older. Avoid if you have any pre-existing medical condition including high or low blood pressure, cardiac arrhythmia, stroke, heart, liver or kidney disease, seizure disorder, thyroid disease, psychiatric disease, diabetes, difficulty urinating due to prostate enlargement, or if you take an MAO inhibitor or any other medication or supplement. Do not use if pregnant or nursing, prone to dehydration or exposed to excessive heat. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
Manufactured at an FDA-inspected, GMP-certified facility. HPLC & FTIR tested. Made in USA.
Reading the label
- 3,000 mg is all creatine. One ingredient, no blend, no "matrix" — the calculator sizes your dose on the scoop as printed.
- Loading is optional, and the label gives both routes. Four scoops a day for three days saturates fast; one to two a day reaches the same place in three to four weeks.
- "Replace water with a carbohydrate beverage" — the insulin response drives creatine into muscle; a sports drink or your post-workout carbs does it.
- Eight glasses of water a day is the label's tip, not a formality — creatine pulls water into muscle and you need to supply it.
- One ingredient, no flavour — micronised, it dissolves into water, juice or your whey.
- The warning block is the standard Myogenetix® statement. The creatine-specific caution is kidney disease: creatine is safe for healthy kidneys, not for diagnosed kidney conditions.
From scoop to rep.
Micronised creatine dissolves fully and crosses the gut wall; the creatine transporter pulls it into muscle, heart and brain. Carbohydrate speeds the uptake.
Loading (4 × 3 g for 3 days) fills the phosphocreatine store within the week; maintenance alone gets there in 3–4 weeks. Either way, once full it stays full at 1–2 scoops a day.
In a heavy set, phosphocreatine hands its phosphate to spent ADP to remake ATP within seconds — the extra rep or two at the end of the set that adds up to strength over a block.
More reps, more load and cell volumisation compound into strength and lean mass over weeks. Keep water high, keep training, and the effect holds for as long as you take it.
Eight reasons Creatine Monohydrate is the creatine in the stack.
Monohydrate — the proven form
Hundreds of trials, one conclusion: nothing beats micronised creatine monohydrate. That's what's in the scoop.
Tested, not assumed
HPLC and FTIR verify every batch is creatine monohydrate — not the creatinine or dicyandiamide budget powders never test for.
Micronised
Dissolves clean, sits easy on the stomach, no sludge at the bottom of the shaker.
Load or don't — your call
The label gives both routes; the calculator picks the one that fits your timeline.
One ingredient
No flavour system, no fillers, no stimulants — it goes into whey, juice or water without changing the taste.
₹10 a serving
One hundred servings for ₹1,000 — the most-proven supplement in the range at the lowest price per day of anything Myogenetix® makes.
Year-round, no cycling
Creatine isn't hormonal; there's no off-period and no tolerance. Saturate once and maintain.
Made in USA, verified in India
FDA-inspected, GMP-certified, HPLC and FTIR tested. Every jar carries a verification code.
Creatine Monohydrate loading & maintenance calculator
Whether to load, how many scoops a day, what to mix it with, how much water, and how long the jar lasts — within the label's directions.
Creatine went from gym powder to longevity staple.
Monohydrate won
A decade of "advanced" creatines came and went; the research keeps landing on micronised monohydrate.
Fit: monohydrate is the base.
Brain and bone
Creatine is now studied for cognition, mood and bone density in adults over 40 — not just for lifters.
Fit: 3 g maintenance is the dose in those studies.
Purity testing
Independent tests found dicyandiamide and creatinine in budget creatines; buyers now ask for the assay.
Fit: HPLC & FTIR tested per batch.
Women and creatine
The myth that creatine is "for men" collapsed; it's now recommended across the board.
Fit: same dose, same benefit.
Hydration awareness
Creatine's water demand is understood — cramping stories came from under-drinking, not the creatine.
Fit: 8 glasses a day is on the label.
Single-ingredient honesty
Buyers want the active and nothing else; flavoured, filled creatines are out.
Fit: creatine monohydrate, done.
Every question we've been asked about Creatine Monohydrate.
What exactly is Myogenetix® Creatine Monohydrate?
3,000 mg of micronised creatine monohydrate per scoop — 100 unflavoured servings, one ingredient, HPLC and FTIR tested, made in USA.
How does it work?
Creatine saturates the phosphocreatine store that regenerates ATP between reps — more reps at a given load, more load over time, and cell volumisation that reads as fullness.
Why monohydrate and not HCl or buffered creatine?
Because, as the label says, no data convincingly shows any other form works better than micronised monohydrate — and monohydrate is the form the research used.
Why is it so much cheaper than "advanced" creatines?
Because monohydrate is the original and the research form, and it doesn't need a patent or a marketing story. The price reflects the molecule, not a claim.
Should I load?
Either works. Loading — 1 scoop, 4 times a day for 3 days — saturates within the week; 1–2 scoops a day reaches the same saturation in 3–4 weeks. The calculator picks by your timeline and stomach.
How do I take it?
One scoop in 240 ml water, 1–2 times a day after any loading phase. The label suggests a carbohydrate beverage or sports drink instead of water for better uptake.
When should I take it?
Timing matters less than consistency. Post-workout with carbs or whey is the usual anchor; on rest days, with a meal.
Does it need carbs?
Not strictly, but the insulin response improves uptake — hence the label's tip. Your post-workout carbs or a scoop into your whey shake does it.
Do I need to cycle it?
No. Creatine isn't hormonal; maintain year-round.
Rest days?
Yes — saturation depends on daily intake, not training. One scoop with a meal.
Will it make me hold water?
It draws water into muscle cells, which reads as fullness, not puffiness. Drink the eight glasses a day the label recommends.
Will I gain weight?
Typically 1–2 kg in the first weeks from intramuscular water — that's the store filling, and it's normal.
Is it safe for my kidneys?
For healthy kidneys, yes — it's one of the most-studied supplements for safety. Anyone with diagnosed kidney disease should not use it without medical advice.
Does it cause cramps or stomach upset?
Cramping usually means under-drinking; stomach upset usually means big loading doses of coarse creatine. Micronised particles and splitting the loading dose across the day solve both.
Can I stack it with Massive Gainer or Muscledrol®?
Yes. Massive Gainer already contains creatine — count a serving toward your total. Muscledrol®, whey and Aminogrow® stack cleanly.
Is it suitable for women?
Yes — same dose, same benefits for strength, fullness and, increasingly, cognition and bone.
Is it vegetarian?
Yes — synthetic creatine monohydrate, no animal ingredients. Vegetarians often see the biggest response because their baseline creatine is lower.
Is it banned in sport?
No. Creatine is permitted by all sporting bodies.
Should teenagers use it?
No. Adults 18+ only, as the label states.
How long does a jar last?
100 scoops: with a 3-day load (12 scoops) then 2 a day, about 7 weeks; at 1 a day without loading, over 3 months.
What's the difference from Platinum Creatine and Creatine-ATP?
Platinum is the same molecule at a higher-purity grade and finer micronisation. Creatine-ATP adds adenosine triphosphate disodium for energy delivery and blood flow. This is the proven form at the best price — start here.
Where is it made?
Manufactured in San Diego, California, at an FDA-inspected, GMP-certified facility, and marketed in India by Hybrid Laboratories (India) Private Limited.
How do I verify my jar?
Enter the code at myogenetix.in/verify before first use.
How should I store it?
Cool, dry, lid tight, scoop dry. Don't pre-mix and leave it — creatine degrades in water over hours.
