Description
MASSIVE HIGH CALORIE WEIGHT GAINER
Calories from starch, not sugar. 374 calories per 100 g serving — 75 g of long-chain carbohydrate from waxy maize, potato starch and maltodextrin, 15 g of whey and micellar casein, creatine monohydrate, and only 1 g of fat. For the hard gainer who can't eat enough to grow, it's the cleanest way to add 750–1,500 calories a day without a sugar crash or a clumped shaker.

Three ways to add calories. Only one adds them without the fat and the sugar.
Here's how Massive High Calorie Weight Gainer measures against the two things hard gainers usually try — a sugar-and-fat mass gainer, or "just eat more".
- 20–40 g sugar per serving
- Oil for calories, not nutrition
- Clumps, chalky, hard to finish

- Hard gainers, post-workout, between meals
- 1–2 servings a day, scaled to the surplus you need
- Verified, HPLC & FTIR tested
- Appetite runs out before calories do
- Six meals a day isn't practical
- Slow to prepare, easy to skip

One serving. Seven angles of attack.
Click any point on the chart to see which ingredients handle that job — and the one-line mechanism behind each.
Every ingredient. One line each.
Listed in label order. Red bars mark the calorie and muscle drivers; navy marks the support ingredients.
Waxy maize starch
High-molecular-weight starch that empties from the stomach fast and refills glycogen without the insulin spike of sugar.
Modified potato starch
Digests more slowly than maize, extending the calorie delivery and keeping the shake from crashing your energy.
Maltodextrin
The quickest of the three starches; the post-workout component that gets glycogen moving within the hour.
Whey protein concentrate
Fast-metabolised, the gold standard for the anabolic and immune response after training.
Milk protein concentrate (micellar casein)
Slow-metabolised; delivers a steady stream of amino acids for hours and keeps the gain going between meals.
Creatine monohydrate
The most studied performance supplement, delivered with the carbohydrate that drives it into muscle.
Cocoa powder (processed with alkali)
Alkalised cocoa for the Perfect Chocolate taste — no colour needed.
Dense caloric fatty-acid matrix
A trace of quality fats — 1 g per serving — for mouthfeel and fat-soluble nutrient absorption, not for calorie padding.
Inulin
Feeds gut bacteria and helps a 100 g serving sit comfortably — the reason it doesn't bloat like sugar gainers.
Sodium chloride, flavours & sucralose
A pinch of salt for sodium replaced in training; flavour and a non-caloric sweetener so the 6 g of sugars stays at 6.

* The % Daily Value tells you how much a nutrient in a serving of food contributes to a daily diet. 2,000 calories a day is used for general nutrition advice. Not a significant source of trans fat, added sugars and vitamin D.
Typical amino acid profile (mg per 15 g protein serving — whey + milk protein concentrate):
Naturally occurring BCAAs ≈ 3.1 g · EAAs ≈ 6.8 g · glutamic acid/glutamine ≈ 3.1 g per serving. Typical values for a whey-and-milk-protein blend; actual figures vary slightly by batch — see the certificate of analysis.

Reading the label
- 374 calories per 100 g is the honest number — and the reason the label says two servings a day. Two servings is ~750 calories; six scoops in one shake is the same. Scale it to the surplus you need, not to a marketing number.
- 75 g carbs, 6 g sugars. That's a 5:1 carb-to-protein ratio from starch, which is what a mass gainer is for. Only 6 g of it is sugar.
- 1 g fat. Most gainers hit their calorie number with oil; this one hits it with carbohydrate and protein.
- 15 g protein from whey and milk protein concentrate — no caseinate padding. Pair it with your whey if you want a higher protein total.
- Creatine is included. If you take creatine separately, count this serving toward your daily dose.
- Real minerals: 177 mg calcium, 2 mg iron and 467 mg potassium per serving from the ingredients themselves.
From shake to size in four steps.
Maltodextrin and waxy maize empty fast; glycogen refilling starts and whey's leucine switches on protein synthesis.
The insulin response to complex carbs drives creatine, amino acids and glucose into muscle — without the crash a sugar gainer causes at hour two.
Potato starch and micellar casein keep calories and amino acids arriving between meals, so the surplus holds instead of vanishing.
A consistent 300–500 calorie surplus with progressive training adds roughly 0.25–0.5 kg a week. Track the scale and the logbook; adjust servings, not effort.
Eight reasons Massive Gainer is the gainer that stays lean.
Starch, not sugar
Waxy maize, potato starch and maltodextrin — 75 g of carbohydrate with only 6 g sugars. Energy without the crash.
1 g of fat
The calories come from carbohydrate and protein, not from oil — the difference between size and softness.
Whey and casein together
Fast protein for the post-workout window, slow protein for the hours after — the same two-phase logic as a premium protein.
Creatine built in
Monohydrate delivered with the carbs that carry it — no separate scoop to remember.
Mixes with a spoon
Instantised so a 100 g serving dissolves in a shaker or a glass — no blender, no clumps.
Sits comfortably
Inulin and the absence of oil mean it doesn't bloat — the reason you can drink it twice a day for a month.
Scales to your surplus
374 calories per serving, one or two a day — enough to gain, not so much that you can't stop when you've reached the target.
Made in USA, verified in India
FDA-inspected, GMP-certified, HPLC and FTIR tested. Every tub carries a verification code.
Massive Gainer calorie-surplus planner
Your maintenance calories, the surplus that builds muscle rather than fat, how many servings close the gap food leaves, when to take them, and how long the tub lasts.
Bulking got smarter. Calories still count — where they come from counts more.
The lean bulk
The dirty bulk is out; a controlled 300–500 calorie surplus that adds muscle without a cut afterwards is the standard.
Fit: 374-calorie servings you can scale precisely.
Sugar scrutiny
Buyers read the sugars line on a gainer the way they read protein on a whey.
Fit: 6 g sugars in 75 g of carbohydrate.
Fat as the hidden calorie
Oil-padded gainers were exposed as the reason "bulking" became "getting fat".
Fit: 1 g of fat per serving.
Creatine everywhere
Creatine is now a default for anyone building; the smartest delivery is with carbohydrate.
Fit: monohydrate in the formula.
Gut-friendly volume
Prebiotic fibre and no oil are what make a high-calorie shake drinkable twice a day.
Fit: inulin, instantised.
Honest protein numbers
The caseinate-padded "50 g" gainer lost trust; a real 15 g from whey and casein plus your own whey is the modern stack.
Fit: 15 g, unspiked.
Every question we've been asked about Massive Gainer.
What exactly is Massive High Calorie Weight Gainer?
A complex-carbohydrate mass gainer: 75 g of starch, 15 g of whey and micellar casein, creatine monohydrate and 1 g of fat per 100 g serving — 374 calories, 27 servings, Perfect Chocolate, made in USA.
Who is it for?
Hard gainers who can't eat enough to grow: anyone whose appetite runs out before their calorie target does, who trains hard and stays the same weight.
How many calories should I add?
A 300–500 calorie surplus over maintenance adds muscle without much fat. The planner above estimates your maintenance and tells you how many servings close the gap.
How do I take it?
Three scoops (100 g) in 180–240 ml, or six scoops in 415–475 ml, of water or milk. The label says two times a day — post-workout and one more between meals — adjusted to the surplus you need.
Why 374 calories and not 1,200?
Because a serving you can scale beats one you can't. 1,200-calorie gainers hit that number with sugar and oil, and most people can't finish them. Two of these servings is ~750 clean calories; add a third if you need it.
Will it make me fat?
Any surplus stored beyond what training uses becomes fat — that's true of rice too. With 1 g of fat and starch instead of sugar, this gainer partitions better than most; the planner keeps the surplus in the range that builds muscle.
Does it contain sugar?
6 g total sugars per serving, from the milk proteins and cocoa; no added sugar. Sweetened with sucralose.
Is the creatine enough on its own?
It contributes to your daily creatine; if you also take Myogenetix® Creatine, count a serving of gainer as part of your 3–5 g and keep the total in range.
Should I add whey?
If your protein target isn't met by food plus the gainer's 15 g per serving, yes — a scoop of Whey Protein Concentrate in the same shake makes a complete post-workout meal.
Water or milk?
Water for the label calories. Milk adds ~120 calories and 7 g protein per 240 ml — useful if you need more, and the planner counts it.
Rest days?
Yes — muscle is built on rest days, and the surplus has to be there every day, not just training days. One serving between meals is the usual rest-day pattern.
Does it bloat?
Far less than sugar-and-oil gainers: starch, inulin and 1 g of fat sit easily. Start with one serving and let your gut adapt before two.
Is it suitable for diabetics?
75 g of carbohydrate per serving is a significant glucose load. Anyone with diabetes or a blood-sugar condition should not use it without medical advice.
Is it vegetarian?
Yes — milk proteins and plant starches, no animal tissue. Not vegan.
Can I cook with it?
Yes — it makes excellent oats, pancakes and a thick smoothie base. The starches thicken well.
Should teenagers use it?
The label is for adults. Teen hard gainers should get calories from food unless a doctor or dietitian advises otherwise.
Is it banned in sport?
No. Food carbohydrate, milk protein and creatine only.
How long does a tub last?
27 servings: about two weeks at two a day, a month at one.
Where is it made?
Formulated and exclusively manufactured for Myogenetix® in San Diego at an FDA-inspected, GMP-certified facility; marketed in India by Hybrid Laboratories (India) Private Limited.
How do I verify my tub?
Enter the code at myogenetix.in/verify before first use.
How should I store it?
Cool, dry, lid tight, scoop dry. Keep out of reach of children.
