Where is the authentication code?
Look for the designated holographic or red-and-silver scratch strip on participating products. Placement can vary by package format.
Why are there two verification portals?
Myodrol uses a dedicated verification route. Other participating Myogenetix products use the general product-authentication portal.
What if the code is declared invalid?
Do not consume the product. Keep the packaging and invoice, capture the result screen and contact Myogenetix on WhatsApp.
What if the code says it was already checked?
A repeated result can indicate that the code was previously entered. Contact us with product photographs, batch details, invoice and the approximate time of your attempt.
Should I send the revealed code on social media?
No. Treat it as a private authentication credential. Use the official portal or send it privately to authorised support.
Does successful code verification prove the contents are safe for me?
No. Authentication addresses product identity, not individual suitability. Follow the label and seek qualified advice when appropriate.
